To paraphrase one of my idols Tony Robbins, you are a result of the questions you ask.
In order to get the most out of the life you live, you have to master the art of asking questions - it really is an art. Below are some of the questions I like to ask myself daily.
Question 1: What Am I Grateful For?
A simple question, but the answers really set an emphasis on the things that you are grateful for in the moment. By being proactive in your search for gratitude, you increase your receptiveness for positivity. The more you inhabit a positive state, the more likely you are to want to work towards the goals that you have set for yourself and spread this state of positivity further.
Question 2: What Can I Do To Help?
This question is flexible. What can you see in the world around you that you believe needs your attention? It can be something as simple as an Instagram post designed to fire up your friends or a small donation to a charitable organisation. When you give for the sake of giving, you not only improve the quality of somebody else's life, you also experience a true feeling of purpose that exists outside of the bubble of your own needs and wants.
Question 3: How Can I Make Tomorrow Better?
This is a great question to ask before you sleep. Your day might have been absolutely incredible, but by ending your day seeking ways to improve on your own experience you are more likely to wake up in the morning in the frame of mind that is ready to experience life at its highest frequency.
We are constantly asking ourselves questions, sometimes we aren't even aware of it! By taking control of the questions we ask and the answers we give we open ourselves up to a state of being that not only enables us to stay productive for longer, but to also experience life through a lens that is proactive in its search for optimal living.
